I live outside of Louisiana but I want to be a part of this project
As of right now, I am concentrating on the state of Louisiana. As the project gains momentum and my travels take me elsewhere, I plan to expand the scope of the project to include other states. The reason I have you sign a model release is to provide documentation and permission for me to take a portrait for this project. After you have signed the model release, you will be emailed a copy for your records.
How will my image be used?
Your image will not be used not for any commercial uses, such as advertising or sold to any photographic agency. I may use the image to promote the project and/or on the portfolio page once this project garners enough image for this.
